All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before product shipment. 4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS.
Shipping for Returned Items
Shipping costs for returned items will be Gallop Hill’s responsibility. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Gallop Hill purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned heavily used.
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Order Issues
If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!
Lost Orders
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
